We offer telephone assistance (free for existing customers), replacement manuals and supplies. If your equipment is repairable, it's almost certain our service technicians can repair it. Free Loaner Machines
There may come a time when you need to send a machine in for a tune-up or repair. We realize the importance of keeping your "down time" to a minimum. Therefore, we often can provide a free loaner machine while yours is in for service.

* Except for Brady Label printers. Brady now requires that their equipment be repaired in their factory. They no longer sell parts to dealers, and thus dealers can no longer repair Brady printers.
